Welcome to Prof. Jianfeng Huang's Group
The laboratory, Catalytic and Optical Nanomaterials for Energy (CONE), founded by Prof. Jianfeng Huang at Chongqing University in 2019, focuses on rational design and precise realization of novel nanostructured materials with well-controlled structures and compositions for energy-concerned applications, including particularly hydrogen production, carbon dioxide conversion and ammonia synthesis, covering fields pertaining to colloidal chemistry, nanoplasmonics, photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, etc. Selected examples of research topics are presented in the Research column. The mascot of our group is a 'cone'. The 'Nanomaterials' forms the base, while the 'Energy' at the apex stands for the holy crown we wish to reach. We understand that, the journey to the peak will be full of challenges, but as a 'coner', we will appreciate the beautiful 'Catalytic' and 'Optical' scenery along the journey...
